Schedule Link is meant to share the details of classes goining to be conducted in a particular day at fixed times and if any teacher has to deliver 4 classes in a day, he/she has to submit details 4 times, each time for one class. This is to be done by SNO of HS or HSS Schools on daily basis in the Morining or at any time for future days and ZRPs/CRPs have to submit on behalf of Schools upto Middle Level. The HS or HSS having elementary class shall have to upload themselves. And those HS/HSS having fixed schedule (Time Table) needn't to submit Schedule on daily basis as they can share send their fixed schedule to our email innovationceoang@gmail.com but information to concerned Zonal Resource Groups is mandatory as they as designated as Nodal agencies for this initative in their respective Zones.
Report Link is meant to report all the classes conducted during the day by Teachers. Once the class is completed, every teacher has to report his/her own class on the designated Report Link. to make his/her classes count in Daywise Reports being updated everyday. (Remember: The Report is to be submitted for every individual Class by the Teacher Him/Herself)
Way to submit Details
- Name of School must be written in SHORT form only e.g: BHSS Anantnag {(not as Boys Hr. Secondary School Anantnag, MS Anantnag (not as for Middle School Anantnag)}
- Class must be written as 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th (not as 1, 2, 3 etc)
- Subject must be written as Science, Math, English, Urdu, SST ( not as Science Biology)
- Topic must be written very precisely.
- Time must mention starting time only e.g 10:30 AM (not as 10-30 am to 11-10 am)
- Duration must be typed as 30 or 40 (not as 40 minutes)
